Wood Machinery Network

HK620 classification note: this equipment addresses a specialized process for long door-trim and decorative profile components.

This page is retained as a technical reference. HK620 is a market-specific application and is not currently positioned as a standard export model on Wood Machinery Network.

What HK620 Is Designed Around

The process concept starts with long, continuous trim material. Edge banding is completed while the workpiece remains stable, followed by grooving and final cutting. The purpose is to reduce repeated feeding and positioning of short components.

What HK620 Should Not Be Confused With

  • Conventional straight-line panel edge banders: designed mainly for flat rectangular panels.
  • Narrow-panel edge banders: optimized for narrow but generally straight panel parts.
  • Curved-edge banding equipment: intended for curved panel contours.
  • Profile-wrapping machines: wrap foil or veneer around shaped profiles using a different bonding and feeding process.

Technical Evaluation Inputs

Any evaluation must start from the actual workpiece, not from a model name alone. Required information includes the cross-section drawing, length range, substrate, surface material, edge material, adhesive process, groove position, cutting tolerance, target output and acceptance standard.
