With a heavy-duty frame and stable electrical control system, HK-468 is suitable for cabinet panels, top cabinet sealing panels, closing boards, front and rear pull strips, base cabinet corner lines and other panel edge banding tasks.

Structure and Process Modules
The process covers gluing and edge banding, end trimming, rough trimming, fine trimming, corner tracking, scraping, flexible scraping, cleaning and polishing.
Gluing and Edge Banding
Pneumatic upper glue pot applies glue evenly with a fine glue line. The pressing unit combines steel wheels, rubber wheels and glue scraping support for firmer edge band adhesion.
End Trimming
Precision linear guide movement, profiling follow-up and high-frequency high-speed motor cutting trim the excess edge banding at the front and rear of the panel.
Rough Trimming + Fine Trimming
Rough trimming uses a high-frequency motor structure with large and small disc automatic tracking to remove excess edge banding. Fine trimming uses an R cutter to form an R arc edge.
Corner Tracking
Fast response, synchronized tracking trimming and high-speed corner chamfering finish all four corners in one pass for smoother and cleaner edge banding results.
Scraping
Scraping knives remove ripple marks caused by rotation on both sides of the edge band, matching the fine-trimmed R corner and making upper and lower edges cleaner.
Flexible Scraping + Cleaning
Flexible scraping removes excess glue squeezed from the upper and lower seams, reducing glue adhesion on polishing wheels. Cleaning sprays mist before polishing to remove hot-melt glue and chips.
Polishing
Two groups of high-speed polishing wheels clean the processed panel, making the edge banding surface smoother and more attractive while keeping wheel wear even.
