Bevel Saw Cutting
Accurately cuts the board bevel in one pass, providing a stable base for subsequent gluing and edge banding on narrow-board 45 degree applications.
Angled and Straight Gluing
The thickened aluminum heating plate heats quickly for even glue application. The pressure wheel structure improves bonding strength, and the wheel angle can be adjusted independently.
Edge Band Grooving
Designed for angled and straight edge banding, the grooving unit creates accurate grooves and helps the edge band fit cleanly around angle transitions.
Rough + Fine Trimming
Rough trimming uses high-frequency motors with automatic tracking to remove excess edge banding from the upper and lower sides. Fine trimming uses an R cutter to form a rounded R profile.
Scraping 1 + Scraping 2
Two scraping cutters with different radii can be switched flexibly according to edge band thickness, making the edge radius smoother.
Front and Rear End Trimming
Two independent high-frequency motors cut the front and rear end material. Linear guides improve cutting speed and accuracy, while an independent profiling block makes adjustment easier.
Dual-Motor Corner Rounding
Dual-motor profiling corner rounding responds quickly, tracks trimming synchronously, and mills four corners in one pass for a smoother and cleaner edge banding result.
Cleaning
Before polishing, cleaning agent is atomized and sprayed onto both sides of the workpiece to remove hot-melt glue residue and chips, helping the board surface retain its original gloss.
Double Polishing
Two sets of high-speed polishing wheels clean the processed board, making the edge banding section smoother and more attractive while keeping wheel wear more even.
