End Trimming
Precision linear guide movement uses profiling follow-up and high-frequency high-speed motor cutting to trim excess edge banding at the front and rear ends of the panel.
Rough Trimming + Fine Trimming
Rough trimming uses a high-frequency motor structure with large and small disc automatic tracking to remove excess upper and lower edge banding. Fine trimming uses an R cutter to form an R arc edge.
Scraping
Scraping knives on both sides remove ripple marks caused by rotation on the edge band. The finished R corner matches fine trimming, making the upper and lower edges smoother and cleaner.
Polishing
Two high-speed polishing wheels clean the processed board, making the edge banding section smoother and more attractive while keeping polishing wheel wear even.
