Gluing and Pressing Unit
The pneumatic glue pot applies glue evenly with a fine glue line. The pressing unit uses a multi-wheel pressing structure with steel wheel, rubber wheel and glue scraper support for firm edge band adhesion.
End Trimming
Precision linear guide movement, automatic profiling follow-up and high-frequency high-speed motor cutting trim the excess edge banding at the front and rear ends of the panel.
Fine Trimming
The R cutter performs round-corner trimming on the edge band, forming an R arc profile to improve the feel and visual finish of the board edge.
Corner Tracking
Fast-response synchronized tracking trims the corners at high speed. Four corners can be milled in one pass, making the edge banding corners smoother and more refined.
Scraping
Scraping knives on both sides remove ripple marks caused by trimming. The finished R corner matches the fine trimming result, making the upper and lower edges smoother and cleaner.
Polishing
Two high-speed rotating polishing wheels clean the processed board, making the edge banding section smoother and more attractive while helping keep polishing wheel wear even.
